Adamo-Faiden : Casa Martos
During the summer of 2009 I traveled to Buenos Aires, Argentina and interned with Adamo-Faiden.
Adamo-Faiden was founded in Buenos Aires by Sebastian Adamo and Marcelo Faiden in 2000. Their work is characterized by cartesian lines and intermittent social commentary. Their work ranges from conceptual urban planning to built multi-family buildings.

The house was a work in progress while I was in the office, it was being designed for a son and his wife, to be built on the same lot as his parents house. The upper story's volume is outlined by a mesh screen, it serves as a private garden for the couple with the intention of extending the living space as their family grows.
